The Concetta Stefanelli Foundation for Young Women in Science offers three undergraduate fellowships for $500 CAD to provide financial assistance with graduate school applications.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To be eligible, applicants must:
- Be a female currently enrolled in her last year of undergraduate studies at UTM
- Be applying to a graduate program in any STEM field for the year 2021
HOW TO APPLY
Applications are to be submitted by email to costefoundation@gmail.com
The application package must include:
- Application form
- 250 words cover letter describing interest in science and why you want to pursue a career in science
- Letter of recommendation from a faculty member
- CV (1 page max)
Application deadline is February 13, 2021 @ 11:59pm.
Applications are welcome from all students. Priority will be given to indigenous candidates and visible minorities.
Successful applicants will be notified by email and will need to provide a mailing address to receive the award. Successful applicants will be asked to provide a picture and a short bio for social media purposes.
